- Trash Pickup Rules: This trash collection is available for typical household waste. All waste MUST be bagged and placed in the Dumpo Trash can. Dumpo will accept up to 5 bags outside the trash can.
Unacceptable Household Waste: Household waste excludes construction debris, painting supplies, or remodeling materials. These items will be prohibited from pickup, rocks, concrete, tires, paint, motor oil, tree stumps, combustibles, hazardous waste, as well as any materials prohibited by state or federal law. Additionally, no dead animals, asbestos, feces, manure, flammable products, rechargeable batteries, needles, and other medical waste.
Bulk and Special Garbage Disposal Items: Oversized items, large household products such as appliances, furniture, or construction debris must be arranged through customer support for an additional fee.
Yard Waste Collection: Leaves and grass clippings must be bagged, bags should not exceed 40 pounds. Tree limbs and brush need to be cut down to 3 feet by 6 inches and tied up. Dirt, sand, sod, and mulch are not considered yard waste and will not be collected.
Holidays: Holidays you will be made aware ahead of time through email or SMS text messages if there will be a delay for service. Days that will not be open for include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Routes will be completed the day after or before depending on your area.
Inclement Weather: Weather delays you will be made aware of the day of. Trucks will not run with dangerous driving conditions such as ice and snow. We will keep you informed.
Property: All trash containers provided by Dumpo Sanitation are the property of Dumpo Sanitation. Do not paint or write on the cans. Do not poor broken glass/sharp objects into can.
Cancellation Policy: Customer must contact customer service in order for cancellation. Can be done with phone number or email. There will be no proration of billing and you will not be entitled to a refund if service is cancelled during a business cycle. You will remain responsible for all charges through the end of your billing cycle. Customer may cancel service anytime due to unsatisfactory service without penalty.
Payments: You must prepay for 3 months of service. Payments can be made through our website. There is a payment portal in the tab that says “Payments”. If you request to send check by mail reach out to our customer service and we will guide you where to send checks. The payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Any payment not received within 30 days of the bill date will result in late fees or suspension of service.
